Tip to a Better Day #2

Want to find small but easy ways to make it a better day? Every day?


Get out of your chair, that’s right, get up!!

Make sure that you take time during the day to step away from that monitor or laptop and stretch.

This is an exercise both for your body and for your mind.

Take 1 minute a few times a day to stand up, stretch and take deep breaths.

-Stand up, stretch your arms to the sky and take 1 deep breath

-Bend at the waist; stretch your arms down towards the earth, 1 deep breath

-Stand up; stretch your arms to the sky, up on your toes and 1 deep breath


Make it an amazing day!
